I stayed here for a short transit before my flight. What I liked the most was the helpful and accommodating reception staff, which made check-in smoother than expected. The room I had was spacious and featured a surprisingly comfortable bed. Plus, it was great to have two free water bottles provided. The location was ideal for catching my train in the morning, with plenty of local dining options nearby, including the vibrant Little India area just a short walk away.

great location but lacking some amenities
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by delicious local eateries. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed that made for restful nights. I appreciated the strong water pressure in the bathroom and the constant availability of hot water. The view from my room showcased the vibrant cityscape, which enhanced my stay.
The lack of additional facilities made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel.

I love this place! The room was huge with a comfy king-size bed. The clean toilet had nice toiletries. Perfect spot to explore nearby restaurants and do some last-minute shopping at NU. Can't wait to come back! 😊

Check-in was frustrating. cash-only policy unclear.

good location near Little India, inexpensive bar next door, views of Merdeka 118 building
The reception process needs some serious overhaul!!! Expect frustration when checking in due to cash-only policy and a lack of change for large bills. Communication about luggage storage and room service is severely lacking!!!

after seeing the pictures, i thought i’d be pampered, but alas, the room was filthy. the towels smelled like they’d been through a war, and the mattress cover was absolutely disgusting. i can’t believe they didn’t upgrade my room despite the chaos. what kind of hotel treats guests this way? i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The family was comforted by the spacious king-size bed in our room. The location was key as we enjoyed easy access to local eateries and the soothing air-conditioning kept us cool during our visit with my mum.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could use improvement.

Comfortable stay with good location
The room was spacious with a big comfy king bed, which made sleep a dream. I loved the clean toilet and the toiletries provided. The bar was nice for a nightcap after exploring nearby food spots. A little noise from the street was annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Would come back for sure!

The stay offered a good location near Little India with plenty of affordable dining options, and the room was spacious and clean, featuring excellent water pressure in the bathroom. However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues with the room upon check-in, including issues like hair on the floor and used items left behind. Furthermore, the WiFi was inconsistent, and the request for housekeeping was not met promptly, leaving the room uncleaned until late in the day.
