after seeing the pictures, i thought i’d be pampered, but alas, the room was filthy. the towels smelled like they’d been through a war, and the mattress cover was absolutely disgusting. i can’t believe they didn’t upgrade my room despite the chaos. what kind of hotel treats guests this way? i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.
